- Working with hot leads. Handling incoming requests from clients via the website, social media, and messengers. Following the communication protocol.
- Meeting sales targets for group and private tours.
- Managing clients online via the CRM system. Maintaining the sales funnel.
- Actively promoting tours and company services through online platforms. Engaging on social media and in the comments. Building brand awareness.
- Filling out daily reporting tables.
- Working in a team. Daily communication with:
- Marketing and SMM specialist
- Operations manager
- Operations director
- Client support: promptly resolving issues and complaints, maintaining high service standards, and collecting NPS feedback from clients.
- You see things through and deliver 110%.
- You put emotions aside — results come first, with no whining, no excuses.
- At least 1 year of experience in tourism (preferred).
- Knowledge of tourism products.
- A love for Georgia and a desire to share that love with clients.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people.
- Teamwork and organizational skills.
- Clear, professional speech and confident command of Russian and English (knowledge of Georgian is a plus).
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and go on occasional business trips.
